Contact SepticOwner

Use the right route below and you will get a faster answer. If you need septic service, the request form collects what a contractor actually needs and is much better than an email.

If you need septic service

Use the service request form. It collects the property details, the situation, the urgency and any deadline — which is what allows a request to be classified and passed to a provider.

An email saying "I need my septic looked at" will get a reply asking for all of that, so the form saves a round trip. If your situation is urgent, say so on the form and describe exactly what is happening.

If wastewater is backing up right now

Do not wait on an email. Stop using water in the house, keep people and pets away from the affected area, and submit an urgent request describing what is happening. The emergency checklist covers the first steps.

Email

hello@septicowner.com — for contractor enquiries, corrections, privacy questions and general contact.

We do not publish a phone number, because we do not currently operate a phone line and putting a placeholder number on a website is worse than having none. If that changes, it will appear here.

What we cannot do by email

  • Diagnose a septic problem. That requires someone on site.
  • Quote work, or tell you what a contractor should charge.
  • Tell you what your jurisdiction requires — that is a question for the authority with jurisdiction.
  • Guarantee that a provider covers your area.
  • Intervene in a dispute between you and a contractor you hired.

Common questions

Do you have a phone number?

Not currently. We would rather say that plainly than publish a number that does not reach anyone. Service requests go through the form, which collects what a contractor needs, and other enquiries go by email.

How quickly will you respond?

We do not publish a response-time promise. Service requests are reviewed and routed as quickly as we can, and a request describing an active backup is treated differently from a routine enquiry — so describe the situation accurately.

I am a contractor. How do I get leads?

Email us with your service area, the service categories you cover, and what you can handle — inspection, diagnostic repair, drain-field evaluation, replacement, installation. The lead qualification standard sets out what we treat as a qualified lead and how exclusivity and disputes work.

Something on this site is wrong. Who do I tell?

Email us and name the page and the specific claim. A page that states a price, presents a universal rule, invents a local fact or gives unsafe instructions is a defect by our own published standard, and we would rather fix it than defend it.
